Hi and welcome to Elena's website, where you can find info about booking Elena as your solo violinist for your wedding or special event. Elena is a young and enthusiastic violinist with 20+ years of experience who would love to be a part of your special day in most of NY, NJ and CT. Elena performs both the classic repertoire on a classic violin, but also rocks it on her electric violin, at parties and wedding receptions, improvising and accompanying DJ sets.
About Elena

BIO
Elena Shalenkova was born in Moscow, but since the age of 6 has been raised in Athens, Greece.
She studied violin at the Hellenic Odeon, which she graduated in 2003 with honors.
She has worked in Athenian Orchestras, including the Symphonic Orchestra of National Radio and TV (ERT), The National Opera House, the Athens State Orchestra, and the Orchestra of Colors.
From 2002 she is a member of the Arco Quartet.
In 2013 she collaborated with the famous German rock band The Scorpions as a member of Strings From Heaven Ensemble, performing in Athens and all across Germany.
Elena is also a graduate of the Athens School of Fine Arts, and has a Masters degree from Camberwell College of Arts, London.

Payment Schedule
- A $100 deposit is required upon booking to secure your date.
- The remainder of the balance is due 24 hrs prior to the start of the event.
- Elena accepts cash, personal checks and Major Credit Cards (via PayPal)
